Dragonflies swoop in-between clusters of grapes on this rustic artwork created by Kathy the Teawife and based on a design by artist Sandy McTier. The faux barnwood panel has been painted with layers upon layers of acrylics to create subtle highlights and shading. The dragonflies were laser cut and have been colored with acrylics, glimmer sprays and glitter. The artwork invokes a feeling of a rustic farmhouse in the middle of wine country.  Available in my Etsy store.

Two bright blue butterflies flutter and flit among vibrant reddish-orange tulips on this three-dimensional wood artwork created by Kathy the Teawife and based on a design (Flutterby Spring) by artist Sandy McTier. The golden distressed background was created using chalk paints, stamped images, glimmer sprays, acrylics, copper texture, and more. The tulips and butterflies were laser cut from wood and then painted, shaded and highlighted with acrylics.  Available in my Etsy store. 

 This crazy chicken and her partners in crime have commandeered the farm truck, and they are heading out!  This is an original Teawife Creation and features laser-cut wood elements, including eggs and chicken, to create a three-dimensional effect.
